Community guidelines
Breaking these can mean a listing removed, a verification declined, or an account suspended.
Be a real student, honestly described
Use your real name and university. Do not impersonate anyone, and do not present an unverified account as verified.
List accurately
Describe condition honestly, use your own photographs, and price in naira. If an item is sold or a room is taken, update the listing.
No academic cheating
Tutoring, proofreading guidance and formatting help are welcome. Writing or sitting work that will be submitted as someone else's is not, and those listings are removed.
Nothing illegal or unsafe
No stolen goods, counterfeits, weapons, drugs, prescription medicines, live animals, or anything you cannot legally resell.
Negotiate and then show up
An accepted offer is a commitment to meet. Repeatedly abandoning agreed orders affects your Campus Cred.
Respect people in messages
No harassment, threats, hate speech or unsolicited sexual content. Block and report rather than retaliate.
Treat roommate matching with care
Compatibility is calculated from stated preferences only. Meet in public first, never send money before viewing a property, and do not pressure anyone for personal information.
Report rather than accuse publicly
Use the report button. Reports reach a moderator with context attached, and decisions are recorded with a reason.
